By using what is known as bioresonance, the VegaTest can pinpoint critical areas of stress and help identify the underlying causes. The VegaTest is widely used in Germany by both the medical and alternative health professions.

The examination is performed on one of the toes of either foot, using a pen-shaped probe which is repeatedly pressed against the side of the toe. If for some reason this cannot be done, then one of the fingers is used instead.
